With 37 years in the mortgage industry, I have a depth of experience that helps my clients feel confident and informed every step of the way. I’ve lived in Rockingham County, New Hampshire for over 55 years, growing up in Windham, then settled in Derry, Chester, and now calling Portsmouth home.

My passion for real estate started early. In my 20s, I was flipping homes and investing in property long before it became trendy. That hands-on experience naturally led me to mortgage lending, where I combine my love of numbers, problem-solving, and helping people.

Clients often come to me after speaking with other lenders because I ask the questions others don’t and work hard to make the numbers work. I take pride in researching every option to find the best value and program for each person’s unique situation.

What I enjoy most is guiding people through the process, making it easy to understand, and seeing their happy faces at the closing table.
