  • Software Proficiency
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four- year college degree preferred

Entry Level Mortgages Document Control: Bedford, NH


Northpoint Mortgage is a growing New England based mortgage lender looking to hire an entry level, full-time employee in our Bedford, NH office. We offer competitive pay, benefits and a great working atmosphere. ​The ideal candidate should be excited by an opportunity to start a career and to advance within the mortgage industry. Ability and comfort to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with all levels of the organization is a must Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with operations staff, loan officers and settlement agents
  • Obtain post-closing conditions/documents and provide to the servicer to clear sales of mortgages
  • Assist in special projects as needed by management
  • Assist loan originators with file set-up
Skills needed:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Strong Detail orientation
  • Multitasking & strong sense of responsibility for tasks assigned
  • Ability to communicate comfortably with all levels of the organization
  • Post Secondary education
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
